Reporting to nCino's Associate Director of Communications and External Public Relations, the Associate Social Media Specialist will be a creative thinker and strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills and incredible attention to detail. As the Associate Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, driving engagement, and promoting our brand image through various online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy in line with nCino's brand voice, ensuring a confident, professional, and knowledgeable tone.
- Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends and best practices, and continuously identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, identifying areas of improvement and recommending actionable strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes and emerging social media platforms, incorporating new trends and technologies into our social media strategy.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience and superior performance.
- 2+ years' experience managing social media for an organization
- Proven experience managing social media, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the confident, professional, and knowledgeable brand voice of nCino.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset, with a knack for creating engaging and shareable content.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
