This great job opportunity will be located in Marburg and reports directly into the Associate Director Services and Consultancy Sourcing in Australia.

The Opportunity

• In this position you will support sourcing and procurement for assigned area/category/special projects.
• You will review projects to understand internal client needs, savings opportunities, project deliverables and timelines.
• You develop new sources of supply assist with the management and implementation of Supply Relationship Management (SRM) processes and participate in negotiating contracts within specified spending limits.
• You will provide instruction and follow-up to support operations teams with standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.
• Maintaining contract files and ensuring compliance with necessary contract documentation requirements will also fall under your responsibility.
• You will improve systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
• 4+ years' procurement/supply management experience
• SAP knowledge and ideally Ariba, a tech background is highly regarded
• Strong time management and communication skills as well as a drive for results
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to work in diverse applications.
• Fluency in English and German.
