Job Requirements:

The Talent Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.

This is a crucial role in identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and fostering a positive employee experience.

The Talent Manager collaborates closely with HR partners, hiring managers, and department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives and to create a talent pipeline that supports the organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Review and implement a improve recruitment process that ensures efficiency and experience for the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and candidates.

Oversee the improvement of Workday capability including but not limited to job profile creation, talent assessment tools, candidate assessment automation features etc. to improve accuracy of talent hire, speed and record keeping.

Improve the diversity pipeline of candidates for all open positions globally.

Review and improve Talent Acquisition KPI's for communicate the results on a regular basis to the Talent and Rewards Director.

Work closely with TA leads to ensure all open roles have comprehensive and consistent recruitment plans. Ensure all active recruitment is in line with headcount budget.

Create a strategy that introduces varied and cost-effective sourcing strategies, including AI, automation, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.

Conduct interviews for critical positions, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

Employer Branding and Marketing:

Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract passive candidates and position the organization as an employer of choice.

Oversee the creation of compelling job descriptions, marketing materials, and recruitment campaigns to showcase the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities.

Build relationships with external partners, such as universities, professional organizations, and diversity networks, to expand the talent pool and promote the employer brand. Create a relationship with external partners to create a STEM experience program globally.

Talent Development and Retention:

Design and implement talent development programs, including onboarding, training, mentorship, and career development initiatives.

Conduct regular performance reviews and talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans.

Lead the annual talent and succession process globally ensuring adequate follow up on talent review outcomes to improve the talent bench strength whilst improving the career experience for our employees.

Succession Planning:

Work with the Rewards and Talent Director to identify key roles and talent gaps within the organization.

Develop and maintain succession plans to ensure continuity and readiness for critical positions.

Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles through targeted development programs and career pathing initiatives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyze data related to recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and other talent related KPIs.

Use data insights to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve talent management processes.

Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.

Compliance and Diversity:

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices throughout the talent management process.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment and talent development efforts.

Monitor and evaluate diversity metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR management, with a focus on strategic talent management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to design and implement talent development programs that support employee growth and retention.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
