The Senior Report Analyst, People & Culture (P&C) will lead the design, development, and maintenance of all People & Culture analytics to measure the success of P&C programs and assist leaders in decision making and problem solving. This role will support reporting across all P&C systems, lead the ongoing assessment of current capabilities, explore new tools and approaches, and ensure consistency when analyzing data across the organization. The Senior Report Analyst will partner with senior business and P&C leaders to assist them in measuring program outcomes, identifying and solving business problems and uncovering the story told by the data. This role will interact regularly with the P&C leadership team, including the Chief People and Culture Officer, as well as other senior leaders.

Day to Day you'll ...
  • Exercise independent judgement in identifying and resolving human capital requests and problems within established guidelines
  • Perform basic data analyses to provide insights in the organization
  • Work closely with internal partners to analyze data and produce visualizations to support the understanding of data (turnover, job movement, surveys, etc.)
  • In partnership with your stakeholders (PCBPs, P&C Leaders, Business Leaders) design and create reporting and analytics solutions to solve business issues
  • Effectively consult with your stakeholders to understand and anticipate the needs of the business; use expertise to guide partners through accessing data, filtering data, and retrieving the most useful information
  • Be the Reporting Lead for the implementation of any new P&C Systems, working with all cross-functional leads to assess, design, and build all go-live reporting. Support change management and training by providing expert input and support.
  • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert for stakeholders around the availability of human capital data, tools, and resources
  • Able to learn how the business operates and understand the needs of the business; Use consultative skills to provide the best solutions for the business
  • Work independently with your stakeholders (PCBPs, P&C Leaders, Business Leaders) to create awareness and execution of processes and support models for recurring P&C activities (succession planning, performance reviews, promotions, etc.)
  • Leverage data governance for consistent, standardized deployment of data and metrics
  • Responsibly access and release sensitive data

  • People Analytics certification
What you'll bring to the team...
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
  • Three years’ experience with People & Culture programs and processes
  • Experience with HCM/HR systems
  • Experience with reporting platforms
