Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

• Lead all M&A Treasury due diligence, integration, & execution activities
• Primary M&A contact with the finance M&A integration team and participate in all integration calls
• Partner with all stakeholders to optimize integration activities
• Partner with Treasury cash operations to ensure a smooth transition of the acquired company to our core cash management functions (positioning, forecasting, daily ops, tech set up, internal system set up)
• Lead all insurance administration efforts which include; annual insurance renewals, certificate of insurance requests, customer and vendor insurance clause review, insurance premium invoice management, addressing internal business partner questions, primary insurance contact, insurance claim management, insurance premium forecasting
• Refine insurance playbooks for business partners
• Assist in managing insurance incident plans and updating as needed
• Prep and set cadence for insurance tabletop exercises (incident response)
• Maintain strong record-keeping and organization of business files
• Develop process documentation for both M&A and insurance
• Manage all Corporate Development investment transactions for completion

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate treasury, financial services, or related field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in corporate insurance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (CTP, CPA, CFA preferred).
• The ability to drive results in a fast-paced oriented environment
• Independent thinker, drives results, strong communicator, and great at building people-partner relationships.
