GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The position of Sr. Analyst is a hybrid role working with Technology and Marketing departments to effectively support web-based initiatives to achieve results.
Under the direction of the VP of Technology, role's primary responsibilities are to support the effective, efficient, and successful operation and delivery of web-based initiatives, by exemplifying and delivering our core values of SOAR:

The Analyst will plan and execute on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts to optimize our online presence to attract and engage customers. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely with flexible hours while requiring attendance at regularly scheduled meetings.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on multiple websites.
- Collect and analyze data identify trends and insights related to website performance.
- Develop and implement KPIs for tracking user behavior and conversion rates (CRO).
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure tracking and reporting requirements are met.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website and app performance.
- Provide recommendations for improving user experience and driving conversions based on data analysis.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices in Analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technology teams to identify SEO opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technology teams to identify CRO opportunities.
- Participate in Agile/Kanban development team.
- Perform support and testing as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years in similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in SEO and CRO
- Experience in Website optimization, and familiarity with UI/UX best practices
- Experience in Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience in Hotjar behavior analytics or similar
- Experience in Convert A/B Testing or similar
- Experience in Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Ability to solve complex problems in a technical service-oriented environment.
- Ability to identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Professional attitude, passion, enthusiastic and reliable.
- Certifications are a plus.
