2025 Internship Program:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Corporate Internship Program located at the Cinemark Service Center in Plano, TX.

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an inclusive and collaborative environment. As an Intern, you will work closely with a professional mentor, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable insights into the corporate world.

This is a 10-week paid learning experience from June 2nd to August 8th, offering $15.00 per hour. Interns will follow a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and will work 40 hours per week during standard business hours.

The role of a Strategic Partnership Intern:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Strategic Partnerships Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies, competitive analysis, and partnership development. The intern will work closely with the Peer Coach and other team members to support and execute key projects aimed at enhancing our marketing tactics and partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Research studio (Disney, Universal, etc.) and competitor (AMC, Regal, etc.) marketing strategies around upcoming wide releases.


  • Participate in film brainstorm sessions.


  • Attend regularly scheduled studio meetings and internal cross-functional meetings.


  • Assist with the creation and execution of studio marketing proposals.


  • Develop and aggregate content ideas to submit to studios for upcoming titles.


  • Aggregate Cinemark support for 2025 titles into a comprehensive deck.


  • Contribute new ideas to enhance Cinemark Marketing strategies and partnership initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently a junior or senior at an accredited university


  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields


  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher


  • Strong interest in marketing and partnership development


  • Familiarity with social media platforms & trends


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership and time management skills


  • Ability to analyze data


  • Hungry to learn and eager to take initiative
