We have an exciting opportunity to join our Trauma Team as a Territory Manager in Sydney.

Does this sound like the kind of culture you would thrive in? This Territory Manager role offers you the opportunity to join our Trauma team in working in West Sydney. This fast-paced role will keep you on your toes and springboard your career in Stryker.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a top Trauma range to HCP's.
- Support our customers as the product expert to provide clinical and technical information.
- Plan your territory and track your progress, proactively communicating your findings with your Regional Manager.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and be a trusted advisor.
- Be present in the operating theatre to assist Surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products.
- Maintain and manage your inventory.
Successful candidates will have:
- A passion for sales, relationship building and the healthcare industry.
- Previous sales experience required, ideally within the healthcare industry although not essential.
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships in a sales capacity.
- Self-starter, someone who can work with autonomy and thrives on a challenge.
- Highly organised and demonstrated ability to manage a busy schedule and competing priorities.
- A passion for learning and self-development.
