The Eco Strategy Team is primarily responsible for strategic operations of TikTok LIVE in the MENAT region, covering business areas such as creator growth, agency growth, ecosystem governance, user growth, and data analysis. By leveraging tools such as product strategies and incentive mechanisms, the team collaborates with all the cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth goals.

Responsibilities
- Conduct live-stream content review for the Arab region, analyze user consumption behavior, and identify key characteristics of content to evaluate and classify content quality.
- Participate in daily meetings to align on evaluation standards and discuss factors that influence user engagement and spending.
- Assist in producing content quality analysis reports, pinpoint content quality issues, and propose actionable solutions for improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 3 months.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to offer personal insights into content trends and user preferences.
- Preferred proficiency in Arabic to collaborate with local colleagues and creators.
