  • Contract length of 13 weeks
  • Shift will be 5 x 8hr shifts with call.
    Job Requirements
  • Current state licensure required
  • BLS certification required
  • License/Certificate Verification within 30 days prior to start
  • Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start
  • Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination to vaccine required
  • Health Statement required prior to first assignment
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required
  • Documentation of two Varicella vaccines or immunity required
  • Tdap vaccination required
  • Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen required
    Additional Details
  • Must be AHA certified
  • Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions/Declinations accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
