  • EMERGENCY RN - MAX 3 DAYS RTO FOR AUTO OFFER
  • Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements)
  • Shift: 3x12 Variables (start times at 7am, 10am, and/or 7pm)
  • Ratios: 1:4
  • Years of Experience REQ: Prefer 2-3 years experience, 1 year Preferred Experience as a registered nurse ER setting is preferred
  • RN's with prior clinical practice, New Grad RN's with prior experience in other emergency type situations, paramedic, EMS etc will also be taken into consideration
  • ABG experience preferred
  • Required: Must demonstrate independent management of cardiac, critical care, complex care med/surg, psychiatric, and multiple trauma patients of all age groups
  • The ability to work in an intermittently fast paced, high volume, high-risk environment is required
  • IV Skills for all ages required
  • Computer charting required
  • Telemetry experience
  • Epic REQ? 1 year of Epic experience is preferred
  • First-Timers Accepted: Yes but travel exp preferred
  • Weekend REQ: TBD
  • Is on-call REQ? No
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No, ED does not usually float to other areas of the hospital
  • 100% staffed RN department
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? NO BLOCKED SCHEDULING ALLOWED
  • Locals Accepted: NO
  • Pending License Accepted: AK lic preferred or need to set the start date 10-12 weeks out
  • RTO Restrictions: No
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
