DESCRIPTION
As a Visual Designer within Global Shared Services at Prime Video, you will operate at the intersection of creative excellence and operational efficiency, managing high-volume digital asset production for one of the world's leading streaming platforms. This role independently handles creative production with defined functional guidance, producing assets for both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) title requests across multiple regions and marketing channels. Your work directly impacts the visual presentation of Prime Video's extensive content library, from award-winning originals to blockbuster releases, ensuring brand consistency across global touch points. The position requires balancing multiple priorities, from day-to-day asset optimization to contributing to efficiency-driven projects, while maintaining strict quality standards and timely delivery. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, production, and QA teams, utilizing established templates and guidelines while identifying opportunities for process improvement. The scope extends beyond routine execution to include participation in key strategic discussions, mock creation sessions, and initiatives that enhance our creative production capabilities. Success in this role means delivering consistently high-quality visual assets that meet both creative excellence and operational efficiency standards, directly contributing to Prime Video's global marketing effectiveness and subscriber engagement goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field or 3-5+ years relevant experience as a designer in a creative agency or similar production environment
β’ English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken)
β’ 3+ years working with Adobe Creative Suite tools and Figma.
β’ Experience in data asset management, libraries, or digital collections, with ability to research for high quality assets for production.
β’ Online portfolio demonstrating versatile design capabilities (link required)
