Qualifications Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed. Highly Preferred - Possess a minimum of 6 moths experience with Rec Trac, Inventory Maintenance Food and Beverage Sales - Possess knowledge of special events planning and menu creation and pricing - Knowledge of Bowling and experience of bowling rules - Basic knowledge of Army Recreation Machine Program (ARMP) procedures Referral lists are based on the qualifications stated in the job announcement. Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
