Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
A Medical Examination is required.
Applicant must be able to frequently lift and carry very heavy objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds. Position requires standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for lengthy periods of time.
This position is dual compensation exempt. All GS and NAF employees whether full time or part time are eligible to apply for this position.
Must be available to work varying and/or rotating shifts to include nights, weekends, holidays and early mornings (reporting as early as 4AM for specials events).
Qualifications
1. Six (6) months of laboring experience required (e.g., operating push lawn mower, string trimmer, garden tools, etc).
This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.
2. Must be able to work under general supervision, responding to initial oral or written instructions and completing assigned tasks.

Initial Cut-Off Date:

PCS Costs
Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
FWS Allowances and Differentials
This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
Incentives and Bonuses
Incentives will not be paid.
Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances
Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
