We are seeking an Apprentice to join our team! The selected individual will be someone with DRIVE and WORK ETHIC looking to either begin or continue their education to become a journeyman plumber in the field of residential service and repair plumbing, and establish a long term career. Your training will be focused 1-on-1 with a master plumber. Experience in the field is appreciated but not necessary. Our leadership team is dedicated to sharing our years of experience by training up the next generation of craftsmen from the ground up. Full time position will receive hourly compensation plus full benefits package including sick pay and PTO. Starting wage based on experience. Our purpose is to train you up quickly while ensuring a thorough education.
The training provided here is like no other shop. We hire apprentices and turn them into plumbers!

Responsibilities:
• Perfect attendance and punctuality
• Assemble and install plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems
• Assist journeymen on and off-site
• Helping, carrying, lifting, gopher-ing, job-site cleaning and organizing
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Participate in on-the-job training to learn and advance skillsetQualifications:
• Experience in plumbing or construction is desired but not necessary
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive mental attitude
