Construction Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site. Duties • Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris. • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. • Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks. • Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and temporary structures. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site. Skills • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. • Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required. • Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. • Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members. • Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship. • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in construction.
