Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Construction Laborer to support daily job site operations. This role is vital in ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and properly maintained. Ideal candidates are hardworking, punctual, and take initiative to support the build team with everything from sweeping and trash removal to material deliveries and quality control. Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily job site clean-up: sweeping, trash removal, organizing tools and materials • Maintain general site appearance and builder signage • Assist with receiving and unloading material deliveries • Install and monitor job site security cameras and protective coverings • Perform basic handyman tasks (caulking, touch-ups, installing hardware, etc.) • Run local errands and emergency material runs as needed • Support site manager with inspections, vendor coordination, and documentation • Help monitor job site safety, cleanliness, and general quality control Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Prior construction or handyman experience preferred • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions • Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, professional job sites • Willingness to learn and assist with multiple aspects of construction operations Compensation & Benefits: • Starting salary: $50,000 • Gas allowance for job-related travel • Full-time role with growth opportunities • Positive work environment with a high-end builder How to Apply: Please submit your resume and brief introduction outlining your construction or labor experience.
