Our clients expect BCG Platinion to provide sound advice on all relevant IT issues. In particular, the migration to the SAP S/4HANA solution against the background of the planned maintenance stop in 2027 presents our customers with special challenges. The number of questions regarding "why" and "how" is increasing and is as well influenced by external factors.
In order to serve our customers even better, we would like to strengthen our SAP team. You would work together with colleagues from Platinion GmbH and/or The Boston Consulting Group on local and international customer projects. Together with our customers, you actively develop superior ERP/SAP S/4 strategies, concepts and solutions and apply your sound technical and process-related understanding. Shape the world of tomorrow

Supporting the client in SAP S/4 projects along the entire supply chain: from requirements analysis to solution design/technical concept, implementation, testing, training and rollout

Design / definition of specific SAP S/4 solutions along the value chain of our clients and the required SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, TM, PS/PP, SCM, R&D, PLM, CRM, SRM, HCM, ...)

Introduction of "best practices" in the evaluation, specification and implementation of user requirements, in particular with a view to reducing one-off and maintenance costs

Technical management of SAP S/4 implementation and migration projects or in specific domains

Requirements management within the scope of SAP S/4HANA projects, incl. the management of specialist concept workshops with business process managers

Control and prototyping of customizing of SAP S/4HANA solutions

Support in the sale of large ERP/SAP projects by providing technical and methodological expertise

Further development of the content of the topic ERP / SAP S/4 at BCG Platinion, e.g., through participation in conferences, in the creation of a training catalog or with technical articles

This is how you can make a difference

An above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a related field

At least 2 years of relevant experience in the context of strategic ERP/SAP projects

Technical knowledge along typical end-to-end processes relevant in the ERP context (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, Lead-2-Quote, Record-2-Report, Hire-2-Retire etc.) and their implementation in SAP S/4HANA

Knowledge of specific SAP industry solutions (IS-U, IS-H, IS-M...), specialist SAP add-on solutions (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM, etc.) and analytical SAP tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom, etc.)

Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

Strong client and result orientation

Team spirit, communication and presentation skills as well as intellectual agility

Ability to align individuals and organizations to a common goal
