This is an exciting opportunity to join TransUnion's HR team as a Consultant supporting all HR initiatives with specialties in activities surrounding talent acquisition for the Asia Pacific Region. We are seeking a dedicated professional to participate in best in class practices and attract top talent to TransUnion. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Business Partner, the appointee will provide professional and proactive support to pipeline and recruit talent, to find niche candidates in today's highly competitive, challenging market. We are highly motived, energetic and adaptive to changes within the business on strategic hiring initiatives.

What You'll Bring:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' full spectrum regional recruiting experience, gained in a sizeable and fast growing organization (agency/search in IT and Fintech industries a good addition).
  • Prior experience in managing a small team will be an advantage.
  • Risk taker - someone who is innovative and does not settle for the status quo. In addition, this person should be thoughtful and reflective on their approach/delivery, always striving to improve and streamline our processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also the insight to know when to act.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Drive short term tactics with extraordinary organizational skills.
  • Experience working with Workday or similar talent management system is preferred.
  • Proficiency using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, with competing priorities.
Impact You'll Make:
  • You will forge excellent relationships with various hiring managers throughout the organization.
  • Ability to design, execute, and implement hiring plans with business leader partnership;
  • Consult with internal HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and Business Leads on latest recruiting trends.
  • Handle a full spectrum of recruiting from entry level to senior roles, varying from operations, sales, product roles, IT, analytics and management etc. for APAC.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate experience, including coordination of interview scheduling, offer negotiation, background checks and onboarding
  • Stay up to date on the latest technologies and have a strong interest in emerging recruitment trends, leveraging social media and TransUnion's talent acquisition systems.
  • Use social networking to proactively pipeline candidates and create a network for hard-to-fill roles, build awareness of TransUnion's employment brand and improving the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Take lead in developing and maintaining key relationship and partnership with local universities, arrange campus recruitment fairs and career workshops to bring in young talents for executive & summer intern program.
  • Work in partnership with colleagues in Finance on Workforce Planning activities.
  • Track and ensure accuracy of recruitment metrics and system data.
  • Keep abreast of compensation trends and make recommendations.
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure the recruitment budget is allocated to niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Educate stakeholders on best hiring and interview practices.
  • Ad-hoc projects as required.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
