Customer Service Representative

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties • Respond to customer inquiries in a retail setting with professionalism and courtesy. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the office system. • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. • Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and best practices. Experience • Previous experience in a customer service or client services role is preferred. • Proficiency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions under pressure.
