Role Highlights: • Lead the creation of a signature menu inspired by authentic North Indian flavors with a refined, modern touch. • Build and manage the entire kitchen team from the ground up. • Oversee sourcing, quality control, and exceptional presentation. • Drive creativity while maintaining operational excellence. ✅ What We’re Looking For: • 10+ years in Indian culinary leadership (with strong North Indian/tandoor background). • Experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens. • Strong leadership and team development skills. • A balance of tradition and innovation in food execution. • Excited about being part of a concept from the ground floor.
