HVAC Service Technician

What's In It For Me? • Hourly: $25-$45 (depending on experience/certifications) plus commission • Up to 3 weeks Paid Vacation • Paid Birthdays off • Health, Vision, and Dental plans for you and your family • 401k Retirement Plan with company match up to 30% • Life insurance and accident insurance • Special Program Options: FSA & EAP • Referral Bonuses and Employee Discounts Program • Continuous Training for your Professional Development & Life Skills Courses • Uniforms and Uniform Laundering – Work Boot Allowance • Tools and Equipment Provided • Company Vehicle & Gas Card • Company issued iPad & iPhone • Fun Company Sponsored EventsResponsibilities: What Wil I Do? • Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems • Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors • Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills • Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements • Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records • Promote our MVP Client Loyalty program • Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards • Sell and install large ticket repairs and IAQ off truck • Operate a company vehicle, maintain cleanliness and organization of that vehicle at all timesQualifications: Do I have What it Takes? • EPA 608 type II certification is required • Nate Core certification desired • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a residential HVAC • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systems • Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device • Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights • Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes • Service Titan experience preferred.
