Lead Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our team.
This role requires a talent who can innovate and translate business needs into effective technical solutions using OmniStudio tools. The perfect candidate will excellently handle stakeholder interactions and operate both autonomously and within a diverse team setting to bring Salesforce projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio
• Translate wireframes into functional system requirements
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Collaborate within a globally distributed team
• Manage projects independently, including adapting to priority shifts and foreseeing potential challenges
• Ensure development adheres to Salesforce best practices and remains updated with the latest OmniStudio technologies
• Solve complex problems using OmniStudio tools
• Direct multiple projects and tasks efficiently
• Implement projects in line with both client and internal specifications
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in development processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Primary Clouds including Sales, Service, and Community Cloud
• Background in developing Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio with at least 3 years of experience
• Expertise in OmniStudio and Salesforce Financial Services
• Strong understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio components
• Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships
• Skills in translating complex business requirements into technical outputs
• Capability to work autonomously and in a team
• Familiarity with a distributed team environment across varying locations, including the UK, CEE, and Argentina
• Competency to maintain project scopes and deadlines in a dynamic setting
