Job Description
The Senior Graphic Designer plays a critical role in shaping and protecting the ChildLife Essentials brand, withprimary responsibility for creating, editing, and proofing all product labels. This includes managing label layout, compliance formatting, and production-ready artwork across domestic and international markets. Extensive knowledge of packaging and label design in the grocery consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is required.
In addition to label ownership, this role leads the development of visual concepts and marketing materials across digital and print channels. The Senior Graphic Designer reports to the Director of Marketing and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Operations—to ensure every piece of creative aligns with brand standards, market strategy, and regulatory guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Label and Packaging Ownership
o Lead the design, editing, and proofing of all product labels to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency.
o Collaborate closely with Regulatory and R&D teams to incorporate formulation updates, ingredient changes, and international compliance requirements into labels.
o Prepare and deliver production-ready files for printing and packaging vendors, maintaining version control and dieline accuracy.
o Manage label revisions and ensure timely execution for product launches, reformulations, and market expansions.
·Creative Execution & Brand Development
o Design and produce marketing materials for digital and print channels, including flyers, presentations, web graphics, trade ads, display signage, and social content.
o Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all creative touchpoints.
o Support new product launches with packaging design, sales collateral, and customer-facing materials.
·Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Regulatory teams to gather project requirements, prioritize timelines, and ensure creative aligns with strategic goals.
o Communicate directly with printers, vendors, and external partners to manage file handoffs and resolve production issues.
·Project & Process Management
o Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, feedback cycles, and quality control.
o Maintain organized design files, naming conventions, and project tracking systems for efficient team access and historical reference.
o Continuously research design trends in CPG, natural health, and retail to inform creative direction and innovation.

2. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
To perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job in a manner that is satisfactory for the continued success of ChildLife® Essentials, the Senior Graphic Designer shall have:
· A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited four-year college or university, with an emphasis in Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design or Advertising.
· 3–5 years of experience in senior-level graphic design roles, preferably in the CPG or grocery industry.
· Proven expertise in packaging andlabel design, including Supplement Facts Panel (SFP) creation and layout.
· Experience in the Grocery Consumer Packaged goods industry is required.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom
· Fluency with the Microsoft suite of office products.
· Language, reasoning abilities sufficient to allow for the completion of the job duties outlined herein.
· Adaptable personality to fit with all key personnel both inside and outside of the office.
· Strong time management and multitasking skills.
· Flexibility and highly organized to manage several tasks and key priorities at once.
· Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
· Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and consistency.
3. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a full-time,in-office positionbased at ChildLife Essentials headquarters. The Senior Graphic Designer is expected to work onsite during standard business hours to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and manage hands-on responsibilities related to packaging, printing, and product development.
The work environment includes a typical office setting with occasional exposure to warehouse conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
