Job Summary
Reporting into the Sr. Director, Supply Chain and Planning, this role is a critical for pSemi's Supply Chain maturation roadmap. The role will collaborate with management, users, and their perspective Business Systems Analyst / Programmers in IT to deliver high accuracy, automated, low latency data visibility and digital solutions and. This role with be a main champion of promoting systems and data centric culture by closely working with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Configuration Management teams tactical and strategic roadmap needs.
Experience in supporting packaged solutions for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Procurement systems is highly desired. As a part of this role, this person will be responsible for supporting existing systems as well as new requirements and changes via eliciting and documenting new requirements and business, functional and system specifications and defining, implementing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases and help with test automation tools/scripts to ensure software is delivered with high quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for:
- Own content management, content strategy, and new ways to deliver content to global users to improve the analysis and execution, and grow supply chain digital mindset
- Utilize critical resource influencing and deliver business process and systems-based transformation projects
- Critical resource influencing and supporting business process and systems-based transformation projects
- Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
- Key subject matter expert in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics IT architecture, solutions and Tableau visualizations
- Major contributor to Single Source Of Truth concepts, and bringing these concepts into information solutions discussions
- Supports the vetting of B2B codes and transaction errors, ability to improve automated transactions
- Supports development, implementation, and maintenance of change control and testing processes for modifications to databases and applications
- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support our business, manufacturing, and engineering systems
- Provides support to create program specifications and or processes to solve business problems and support business process improvements and efficiencies
- Programming necessary to customize and automate systems
- Administers, maintains, and supports development and implementation of policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company database, ERP, and Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Plans and coordinates data migrations and integrations between systems. Write or logically present code to achieve desired result
- Responsible for the coordination of Camstar MES and Oracle Inventory and WIP transactions. Activities include customer communication, systems testing and implementation, evaluation of results, and providing support
- Perform various tasks associated with application programming
- Provide analysis, design, and programming support for Oracle EBS and Camstar MES applications
- Provide functional specifications and develop test script
- Work towards understanding and modifying operating interrelationships between the Oracle EBS / Camstar MES business applications and user / business processes
- Provide design and development of Loftware Label generation. Work towards understanding and modifying user / business processes
- Administer and monitor JIRA tickets

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)
- Typically requires 6 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing business environment and working with SQL, depending on education level and experience
- Experience with Oracle EBS
- Significant Tableau experience in porting data into and building Visualization; Tableau Zen Master preferred.
- Strong B2B programming and continuous improvement experience
- Experience or familiarity with Camstar MES
- Experience with Jira
- Experience or familiarity with Agile PLM systems
- Experience with SharePoint platform and workflow management
- Experience working with business users and IT team members
- Experience working in a production support team
- Ability to work independently but also work as contributing member of team towards common objectives
- Results driven, proactive and transparent
Preferred Qualifications
- High level of exposure to Oracle EBS and Tableau Visualization
- Experience with tools like TOAD and SQL Navigator
- Extensive experience in Semiconductor industry highly desired
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Education Requirements
- Minimum of an AS in Computer Science; BS in Computer Science preferred
- ACSM or ISM certifications are highly valued

$108,426.70 - $140,962.52 per year
