The Role: 

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to create our social strategy from the ground up. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth. You will craft compelling content, manage posting schedules, and monitor social media analytics to optimize our online presence. More specifically, you will manage a unique blend of B2B, D2C + influencer-based marketing campaigns. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will ensure that our social media efforts align with our overall marketing and branding objectives. This is a great role for your if you’re a social media enthusiast who possesses excellent communication skills, a maniacal attention to detail, and an appetite to join a fast-growing startup at the early stages. 

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and grow our social influencer program.
• Create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely responses to audience interactions.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and relevant news, and proactively engage with the online community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing and branding objectives.
• Conduct regular analysis of social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and industry leaders to expand our online reach and partnerships.

Experience we’re seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (1-3+ years) as a Social Media Manager, with a track record of managing and growing social media accounts for one brand. Ideally, your experience spans B2B, D2C and influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience managing influencer social campaigns and relationships. 
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging and shareable content.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media data to inform strategy.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising and experience in running successful campaigns.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
